Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for business contact details and a travel brief, such as your name, work email, agency, market, proposed dates, destination, group size, budget and travel preferences. Provide only the information needed for us to understand your request.
Do not include passport copies or numbers, payment card details, medical records or other sensitive guest information. Describe any practical requirements in general terms. If guest details are needed later, we will first agree what is required and an appropriate transfer method.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a brief for you to send. Typing into the form does not automatically send the contents to SUNDAF DMC. You can open your email application or WhatsApp with the brief, or download a text copy. You decide whether to send it using the selected service. The website does not save the form in a customer database or browser storage.
If you use an email or WhatsApp link, the selected application or service receives the information you choose to share and applies its own privacy terms. A downloaded brief is saved to your device; take care where you store or share it.
How we use and share information
We use business enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a possible partnership and prepare or clarify a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
We may need to share relevant parts of a brief with prospective suppliers to assess feasibility or obtain prices. We aim to use anonymous trip requirements where possible and to share only what is needed. Personal guest records should not be sent for an initial quotation.
Our business email is info@sundafdmc.com, provided through Google’s Gmail service. Website hosting and security providers may process technical request information. The direct email delivery integration is not active in this version of the website. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Website technology, cookies and external links
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It does not set cookies by default. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Cloudflare Turnstile and Resend are optional integrations for a protected direct-send form. They are not loaded or used for form submission unless that feature is activated. If activated, this notice and the form will identify the direct submission method.
Maps, WhatsApp and other third-party websites are opened only when you follow their links. They are not embedded as tracking widgets on this site. Destination selections may appear in the enquiry page URL; do not put private guest information into a shared URL.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature and status of the correspondence; this website does not apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have provided, or raise an objection or concern about its use. Contact us from the relevant business email where possible so we can verify the request. We will explain if a record needs to be retained for a legitimate obligation.
For information already sent through another service, you may also need to contact that service or manage your own account and message history.
