Operator and purpose
This website is operated by CV SUNDAF HOLIDAY GROUP under the SUNDAF DMC trade brand. It provides information for travel agents, tour operators and other business partners exploring inbound travel arrangements in Indonesia.
Visiting the site, downloading a resource or sending an enquiry does not create a trade partnership, appoint a supplier or confirm a travel booking.
Itineraries and planning information
Destination pages, suggested durations, routes and activity ideas are examples for planning. They do not guarantee availability or inventory, state an offer price or commit SUNDAF DMC to operate a service.
Images illustrate destinations and may not depict a hotel, room, vessel or experience that will be offered in a proposal. Any specified product must be identified and confirmed in the booking documentation.
Routes, access, supplier conditions and destination information can change. Confirm the details relevant to your clients and dates before relying on them for a sale. Check current entry and travel requirements through the appropriate official sources.
Quotations, partnerships and bookings
A written proposal will set out the requested services, price basis, inclusions, exclusions, quote validity and applicable conditions. Availability remains subject to supplier confirmation. An email delivery acknowledgement or form response is not a reservation or booking confirmation.
Before any commitment, the parties must agree the relevant written terms, including payment milestones, cancellation and amendment conditions, responsibilities and the confirmation process. Supplier-specific non-refundable commitments and charges must be disclosed in that process.
Any agreement on client ownership, confidentiality, brand use, direct guest contact, support or liability belongs in the partnership and booking documents, not on this website. Draft terms discussed during onboarding take effect only after both parties review and agree them.
Use of website content
You may browse the website, share links and use the downloadable planning resources to prepare your agency’s enquiries. You may complete or adapt those resources for that purpose.
Please obtain written permission before republishing SUNDAF DMC branding or substantial website content as your own marketing material. Photographs, fonts and other third-party material may carry separate licences; their appearance here does not grant a right to reuse them. See the photo credits and source licences for the destination imagery. Do not imply a partnership, endorsement or confirmed service that has not been agreed.
Responsible use and third-party links
Provide accurate business contact information and submit enquiries you are authorised to make. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protective measures or send spam, malicious files or information you have no right to share.
Do not submit passport documents, payment card information or medical records through the public enquiry form. Our privacy notice explains the current enquiry method and how information is handled.
