Operator and purpose
This website is operated by PT SUNDAF HOLIDAY BERSAMA under the SUNDAF DMC trade brand. It provides information for travel agents, tour operators and other business partners exploring inbound travel arrangements in Indonesia.
These terms concern the use of this public website. A visit, download or enquiry does not execute a trade partnership agreement, appoint a supplier or create a confirmed travel booking.
Itineraries and planning information
Destination pages, suggested durations, routes and activity ideas are illustrative. They are starting points for discussion and do not represent guaranteed availability, confirmed inventory, an offer at a stated price or a commitment to operate a particular service.
Images illustrate destinations and may not depict a hotel, room, vessel or experience that will be offered in a proposal. Any specified product must be identified and confirmed in the booking documentation.
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but routing, access, supplier conditions and destination information may change. Confirm the details relevant to your clients and dates before relying on them for a sale. Check current entry and travel requirements through the appropriate official sources.
Quotations, partnerships and bookings
A bespoke proposal will set out the requested services, price basis, inclusions, exclusions, quote validity and applicable conditions. Availability remains subject to supplier confirmation. An email delivery acknowledgement or form response is not a reservation or booking confirmation.
Before any commitment, the parties must agree the relevant written terms, including payment milestones, cancellation and amendment conditions, responsibilities and the confirmation process. Supplier-specific non-refundable commitments and charges must be disclosed in that process.
Commercial terms such as client ownership, confidentiality, brand use, direct guest contact, support arrangements and liability are matters for the separately agreed partnership and booking documents. They are not established by this website. Any draft discussed during onboarding requires review and agreement by the parties before use.
Use of website content
You may browse the website, share links and use the downloadable planning resources to prepare your own agency’s enquiries. They may be completed or adapted for that purpose.
Please obtain written permission before republishing SUNDAF DMC branding or substantial website content as your own marketing material. Photographs, fonts and other third-party material may carry separate licences; their appearance here does not grant a right to reuse them. Provide accurate business contact information and submit enquiries you are authorised to make. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protective measures or send spam, malicious files or information you have no right to share.
