Arrive in Labuan Bajo
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Keep the remainder of the day free and review the proposed sailing route, equipment and conditions.
- Day 2
Proposed island excursion
A boat excursion is planned around the confirmed vessel and conditions. Padar viewpoints and a guided wildlife visit are possible stops, subject to park access and local guidance.
- Day 3
Flexible day ashore or at sea
Retain the day for the hotel or a separately quoted marine excursion. Any snorkelling programme needs a suitability discussion and confirmed supervision.
- Day 4
Land visit or weather contingency
Consider a locally guided visit near Labuan Bajo or keep the day as a weather contingency. A liveaboard variation requires its own itinerary and vessel proposal.
- Day 5
Departure
Transfer to the airport. No island excursion is assumed to fit on departure day; allow sufficient contingency for onward connections.
- Sailing depends on weather, port clearance, park access and the suitability of the confirmed vessel.
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Visits follow ranger instructions and conservation rules.
- Confirm vessel specifications, passenger capacity, safety arrangements, insurance and activity limitations before approving the programme.
- Snorkelling and other marine activities require suitable supervision, equipment and an assessment of the travellers’ needs.
